Today is 12 December and I had a pretty good week. I was not completely solid about my food choices, but nothing was horrible. I did some tap lessons, drank plenty of water, tracked my calories. All in all, it was pretty OK.
Since 24 October 2020, I have lost as much weight as a tik-tik deer.
So, well done me!
My goals for this week –
Some kind of larger exercise three times per week
Daily food log
Daily water intake 1.5-2 liters
Daily vocal workout and piano
Daily strength work
Daily reading and beauty
